I'm a performance artist and teacher from Ireland. My passions include flute, design, and content creation. Combining these elements, I've created a collection of flute case covers, written flute scale technique e-content for flute students, and created a series called 'Rep flute players are obsessed with' on my social media, where I upload videos of some of my favourite pieces in the flute repertoire.  

 

FLUTE CASES

The 'mods' collection is inspired by the mods subculture of Britain in the 1950s. It was a movement towards modernisation and sophistication and was influenced by Italian and French movie stars of the time. Favourite fashion of the mods included tailor-made suits, favoured music was jazz, and favoured mode of transport was the Vespa! Breaking away from the traditional black covers that typically come with flute cases, the main features of the mods collection are the funky colours and chequered design on the handles, shoulder strap, and zips.  I'll be expanding the range in the coming months with new fashion inspired cases, so follow along on Instagram for up-dates.    

 

FLUTE TECHNIQUE e-CONTENT 

Technique essentials, written primarily for students doing Associated Board exams, Grades 1-5, but will also benefit players who wish to improve their technique. These are scale technique workouts that are fun, step-by-step adventures that help students to master the scale requirements for each grade, while, at the same time, providing a solid foundation of flute technique! This is achieved by incorporating advanced methods of practice using articulations, rhythms, sequences, and extended ranges in a grade appropriate manner.
