SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Items purchased on flutefit.com will be sent using An Post, and are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Returns: I am sure you will be very happy with your new flutefit case cover but if you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform me at: [susan@flutefit.com] of your intention to return the item.

  Please return the item in its original packaging. Once I have received the item and deemed it to be in the condition in which it was sent, a refund or replacement will be issued as requested. If the product has been damaged or there are signs of wear and tear a return cannot be processed as the item cannot be offered for resale. Customers incur the cost of returning the item. 

 

Exchanges: exchanges cannot be processed on the 'Time to Get Flutefit' Tutor book, once the item has been dispatched. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 24hrs to give notice of withdrawal of sale.

 

Digital Products: Due to the nature of these instant downloads, returns or exchanges cannot be offered. Please take time to ensure you are happy before purchasing. If however, there is a problem with the download please contact me at [susan@flutefit.com].   

Damaged Goods: Physical Products are carefully inspected and prepared for shipping to ensure they arrive to you as new. If an item has been damaged in transit please contact me within 48hrs, and attach images to your email, so that I can pursue the issue with An Post on your behalf.
