I am sure you will be very happy with your new flutefit case, however, if for any reason, you are not, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform me of your intention to return the item [susan@flutefit.com]. Customers incur the cost of returning the product. The item must be in its original packaging and must be unused. Once the item is deemed to be in the condition in which it was received, a refund or replacement will be issued as requested. If the product has signs of wear and tear, or it has any signs of damage, a return or refund cannot be issued, as it cannot be offered for resale.
