I am sure you will be happy with your new flutefit case, however, if for any reason, you're not, you may return it within 14 days. Please inform me of your intention to return the item [susan@flutefit.com]. Customers incur the cost of returning the product. The item must be in its original packaging and must be unused. Once the item is deemed to be in the condition in which it was received, a refund or replacement will be issued as requested. If the product has signs of wear and tear, or it has any signs of damage, a return or refund cannot be issued, as the it cannot be offered for resale.
Damaged Goods:
Products are carefully inspected and prepared before shipping to ensure they arrive to you as new. If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact me using the email [susan@flutefit.com], within 48hrs of receiving the package, with images attached, so I can submit a query with An Post on your behalf.
